Melt butter in pie plate or 8-inch iron skillet in oven.
Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together.
Pour into pie plate or skillet when butter has melted.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, pour off excess butter and fill with fresh fruit or sausage and scrambled eggs.
Makes 1 pancake.
