Geno's Brunswick Stew
Geno'S Brunswick Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. boston butt, 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, 3 lb. lean ground beef, 1 gal. whole tomatoes and 1 gal. creamed corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bake Boston butt slow on low heat until done.
Boil chicken in about 2 1/2 cups water.
Grind all meat and vegetables together with meat grinder (food processor can be used).
Combine all other ingredients, except seasoning and bring to a boil. (Put ground beef in raw.) Cook on low heat until ground beef is done, stirring constantly.
Cook in heavy stockpot to avoid sticking.
