Garden Fresh Macaroni Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Cook macaroni in salted water (2 quarts water plus 1 tablespoon salt) until tender yet firm, about 8 minutes.
Rinse in cold water in colander to cool.
Drain well. Cook vegetables according to package directions.
