Combine butter, sugar, milk, cocoa and salt.
Bring to a boil. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and nuts, then stir in oatmeal. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet or waxed paper (don't bake).
Will get hard when they get cold.
