Fudge
Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine marshmallows, milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil.
Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces, beating until melted.
Fold in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into a greased 9-inch square dish.
Chill until firm.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
