Fruity Mermaid Kabobs
Fruity Mermaid Kabobs is an easy dinner. Made with 8 small wedges watermelon, 8 large pitted prunes, 8 cantaloupe balls and alfalfa sprouts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

For each kabob, thread a watermelon wedge, large at the bottom, onto a 6-inch narrow cocktail straw to make the tail of the mermaid.
Next, thread a prune onto the straw, push gently next to the watermelon to tighten and look like a waist.
Next, thread a cantaloupe ball for the face.
Pull in a mound of alfalfa sprouts from the container and stretch the mound just enough to keep the sprouts bunched together.
Shape the hair and insert onto straw letting hair drape around face.
