Fruited Chicken Salad
Fruited Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. diced cold chicken, 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, drained pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onion.
Blend salad dressing and mustard; toss gently with chicken mixture.
Cover and chill for several hours.
Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles.
Put salad on lettuce lined serving bowl.
