Fruit Salad
Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chunk pineapple, well drained, 1 can mandarin oranges, well drained, 1 (8 oz.) jar red cherries, well drained, 1 c. mini marshmallows and 1 c. shredded coconut (small pkg.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put all ingredients (except sour cream) into bowl.
Stir in 1 container sour cream.
If mixture looks dry, add more sour cream until it is the texture you prefer.
