Fruit Cocktail Cake
Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, juice too, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all but last 3 ingredients together and pour into 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon (mixed together).
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Can be served topped with Cool Whip or ice cream.
