Fruit Cake Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. pineapple, 1 lb. dates, 1 lb. cherries, 1 lb. white raisins and 6 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks.
Add 2 cups flour sifted with spices, alternately with soda, milk and brandy.
Add fruit and nuts which have been dredged with the rest of the flour. Add beaten egg whites.
Last, drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes in 300Β° oven.
