Frosted Coffee Punch
Frosted Coffee Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tsp. instant coffee, 2 c. hot water, 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 c. finely crushed ice and 1 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Pour over ice cream in large punch bowl.
Add ice and rum flavoring.
Combine heavy cream, 1 tablespoon instant coffee and honey. Whip to soft peaks. Fold 1/2 whipped cream mixture into punch.
Top with remaining half.
