Heat wok.

Add oil and ground pork.

Cook until meat loses reddish color.

Add shrimp, soy sauce, wine, salt, sliced water chestnuts and green onions.

Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Combine cornstarch and water in separate bowl.

Drain meat mixture on wax paper.

Place approximately 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each wrapper.

Pinch firmly together after putting cornstarch around all edges.

Heat oil to 375Β°.

Deep fry until crisp and golden.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard.
