Fried Rice with Meat
Fried Rice With Meat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. salad oil, 1 1/2 c. diced meat (can use any kind of leftover meat or 1 can spam), 1/2 c. diced carrots, 1/2 c. diced celery and 3 green onions (including tops), chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil in wok.
Saute carrots and celery.
Add meat and rice.
Stir well until each grain of rice separates and is heated through.
Add scrambled eggs and soy sauce.
Turn off heat and add green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
(You can also use any kind of vegetables.)
