Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 c. cooked rice, 1/2 to 1 c. leftover pork, chicken or beef, 6 green onions, chopped and 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in skillet on stove over medium heat.
Add rice and cook, stirring 5 minutes.
Add meat, green onions, ginger, pepper and peas.
Push rice mix to side.
Break eggs into middle of skillet.
Cook, stirring 1 minute, and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
