Fresh Berry Coffee Cake
Fresh Berry Coffee Cake is an impressive dessert you can prepare in about 2 hours 12 minutes. Made with c. sifted flour, . baking powder, . salt, c. unsalted margarine, softened and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Sift 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Cream 1/2 cup margarine and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until smooth.
Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and sour cream; mix well.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition and beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Spoon half the batter into greased 9-inch baking pan.
Top with blueberries, then remaining batter.
Combine remaining 1/3 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour and cinnamon in small bowl; mix well.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
