French Coffee Cake
French Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. cake flour, 3 or 4 oz. can coconut and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar; add egg and sour cream.
Mix in dry ingredients except coconut.
Grease 8-inch tube pan or square pan. Line bottom of pan with all the coconut and pour in batter. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
