Freezer Peanut Butter-Choc. Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar at medium speed of an electric mixer and fluffy.
Add egg, milk and vanilla, beating
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in chocolate morsels. Shape dough into logs; wrap in waxed paper and freeze at least 8 hours.
1/4-inch slices; place on ungreased cookie sheets.
At 250Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand 1 minute; remove cookies to wire racks and cool completely.
Yields about 4 dozen.
