Fondue
Fondue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf french or italian bread, 1 1/3 c. gruyere cheese, grated, 1 1/3 c. swiss cheese, grated, 1 1/3 c. white wine and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cut the bread into small cubes, making sure that most pieces have some crust.
Grate the cheeses.
Mix wine with cornstarch and stir into cheeses. Bring mixture over low heat to a boil.
Add garlic, Kirsch, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
