Fettuccine Alfredo with Noodles
Fettuccine Alfredo With Noodles is an moderately easy dinner. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter over low heat; add cream, the cognac and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Add morels; simmer and cover them for 10 minutes, keeping mixture warm.
Prepare noodles; drain the pasta and toss it with the butter.
Add the morel mixture and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese.
