Fajitas is an easy dinner. Made with round or skirt steak (lean), 1 large onion, sliced vertically, 2 bell peppers, cut in strips, flour or corn tortillas and fajita marinade, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steak into thin strips.
Marinate in fajita marinade for 1 hour.
Saute peppers and onion in oil or margarine until soft. Add a little marinade to the vegetables as they cook.
Cook meat until done.
Heat tortillas and keep warm.
