Egg Soup
Egg Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken stock or consomme, 1 egg, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. salt and green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat chicken stock or consomme to boiling.
Dribble the egg, well stirred, gradually into the stock, stirring constantly.
Add the soy sauce and salt (do not add salt if consomme is used).
Add one thinly sliced green onion.
This may be floated on the soup. Serves 2 or 3.
