Easy Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground round, 2 ribs celery, diced, 2 tsp. beef bouillon, 10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown meat; drain fat.
Add onion, celery, beef bouillon and enough water to cover.
Cover pan and cook for 15 minutes.
Add pasta, mixed vegetables, tomato soup and undrained beans.
Add more water, if necessary.
Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender.
Serves 6.
Soup freezes well.
