Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat with green pepper and onion; drain.
Stir in seasoning mix, water and dressing; cook 5 minutes over medium heat.

Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 15 minutes.
