Heat oil from garlic.
Dredge serving size pieces of steak in seasoned salt, pepper, etc.
Brown steak in hot oil.
Drain fat. Cover with soup.
Add water.
Turn heat to medium-low.
Cover pan. Check fairly often.
Cook until done.
