Easy Swiss Steak
Easy Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 5 to 7 medium potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In large skillet, sear steak on both sides over high heat. Reduce heat to low; add onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 soup can water.
Peel potatoes and cut into fourths and add to skillet.
Cover and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
