Easy Pepper Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Slice beef into very thin strips in skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon oil.
Brown beef; remove from stove.
Add pepper, onion and garlic powder.
Cook over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add gravy and Worcestershire sauce.
Return beef to pan; heat. Serve over rice.
