Easy Fried Rice
Easy Fried Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. hot oil, 2 eggs, 3 to 4 diced green onions, any leftover meat or vegetables from last night supper and day old rice (we use short grain rice purchased at oriental store), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook scrambled eggs in oil.
Put in green onions, leftover meat or vegetables and rice in frying pan.
Sprinkle with soy sauce until rice is brown color.
Pepper to taste.
