Easy Filled Coffee Cake
Easy Filled Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. very warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 1/2 c. bisquick, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in Bisquick, egg and the tablespoon of sugar.
Mix well.
Turn dough onto surface, dusted with extra Bisquick and knead gently 20 times. Place in center of greased 15 1/2 x 12-inch baking sheet.
Roll out to 14 x 9-inch rectangle.
