Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Easy Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick butter, 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded, 1 can chicken broth, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed veggies, cooked and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Spread chicken over butter.
Then spread veggies over chicken.
Mix broth and soup; pour over all.
(This can be done ahead of time at this point and refrigerated.)
Then mix milk and Bisquick.
Batter will be thin.
Pour this over entire dish.
Bake at 450Β° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
