Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Easy Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chicken and broccoli soup (may use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of broccoli), 1 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen combination vegetables, cooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 3-quart baking dish, combine soup, milk, thyme and pepper. Stir in vegetables and chicken.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes until bubbly.
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Remove dish from oven, stir.
Arrange biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
(I like to sprinkle Parmesan cheese on biscuits before baking.)
