Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Easy Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, boiled and deboned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sweet milk and 1 stick butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix flour, butter and milk together; set aside.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place vegetables, covering bottom of pan.
Spread chicken over vegetables.
Mix cream of chicken soup and broth together.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Pour flour mixture on top.
Cook at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
