Easy Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 large can mixed vegetables, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken until tender. Reserve broth. Chop chicken and spread in bottom of casserole dish. Drain vegetables and spread over chicken.
Mix soups with 1 1/2 cans reserved broth.
Pour over vegetables.
Make crust by mixing flour, milk, butter and pepper.
Spread over casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes or until brown.
