Easy Cheesy Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tubes crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
Set aside. Pat 1 tube of crescent roll onto cookie sheet.
Spread on cheese mixture.
Top with remaining tube.
Beat egg whites until frothy. Spread on top. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven to 350° for 20 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
