Easter Lily Cookies
Easter Lily Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz. unsalted butter, 2 c. flour, apricot jam and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cream cheese, butter and flour.
Roll out small amount of dough and cut into circles.
Place circles on foil covered cookie sheet.
Put 1 tsp of apricot jam in the upper center of each circle.
Fold the sides of the circle over to make the lily. Press down firmly.
Preheat oven to 375.
Bake 15 minutes.
After removing from oven, sprinkle cookie with powdered sugar.
