Double-Strawberry Cheesecake
Double-Strawberry Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines deluxe strawberry supreme cake mix, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.
In large mixing bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil.
Mixture will be crumbly.
Press mix evenly on bottom and up 3/4 of the side of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In same bowl, blend the cream cheese and sugar.
Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
At low speed, add milk, lemon juice and food color.
Mix until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300Β° for 50 to 60 minutes, until center is firm.
Chill.
Spread topping before serving.
