Double Fudge Brownies

Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until melted.
Transfer this mixture to a large bowl and beat in eggs one at a time.
In a separate bowl, combine unsifted flour, soda and salt.
Gradually add this to the chocolate mixture.
Once its all mixed, spread it into the greased pan.
Bake at 325° for about 50 minutes.
