Dog Team Sticky Buns
Dog Team Sticky Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. soft shortening, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. warm "real" mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Mix in 3 cups flour, plus or minus 1. Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, adding more flour as needed.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Roll out into rectangle and butter well with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
Roll into jelly roll. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
