Dijon Loaf

Set aside 1 cup flour
Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast
Heat mustard and butter to 130°
Stir in flour mixture
Stir in enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough
Knead 4 minutes
Roll out dough to 1/4-inch
Sprinkle with ham, cheese and pickles
Fold in half and press edges
Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise 15 minutes
Brush with egg and bake at 375° until golden.
