Diabetic Stew
Diabetic Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Heat oil in large frypan.
In bag, combine flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
Shake meat in bag, then brown meat in heated skillet.
Sprinkle remaining flour from bag into the fat very slowly and stir.
Add water and Worcestershire. Pour meat in pan and cover.
Cook 2 hours.
Add vegetables and dill and cook 1 hour more.
