Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat; cool slightly.
Beat eggs slightly, then gradually beat in sugar and continue beating for 2 to 3 minutes.
Blend in chocolate mixture. Stir in flour, then add vanilla and nuts.
Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into bars.
