Delicious Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 large marshmallows, 1 c. hot water, 1/2 c. grated velveeta cheese, 1 pkg. apricot jello and 1 c. crushed pineapple with 1 c. juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt marshmallows and cheese in hot water.
Pour liquid over jello, then add pineapple juice.
When jello begins to congeal, fold in pineapple, Cool Whip and nuts.
