Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese and chopped onion; reserve.
Mix baking mix and water until a soft dough forms.
Pat in pan, pressing dough 1/2-inch up on sides.
Layer beef, tomatoes, onion and green pepper in dish.
Spoon sour cream mixture over top.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Bake until edges are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with your choice of taco sauce.
