Cucumber Sour Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon jello, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 pt. sour cream, 2 tbsp. hellmann's mayonnaise and 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Mix mayonnaise in sour cream.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Butter mold and pour in mixture.
Store in refrigerator.
(For smoother texture, blend dissolved jello, sour cream and mayonnaise in blender before adding remaining ingredients.
Also, if cucumber seeds are large, remove before chopping.)
