Cube Steak Casserole
Cube Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pieces cube steak, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of onion soup, 2 medium potatoes and 1 can french-style green beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Spray casserole dish with Pam (13 x 9-inch size).
Cut steak in small pieces.
Cut potatoes in round slices.
Brown steak in frying pan and then place in baking dish.
Layer potatoes, green beans and then mix together the 2 soups and pour over meat and veggies.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour.
