Cube Steak and Gravy
Cube Steak And Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 4 cube steaks, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. crisco, melted in frying pan, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook Crisco until brown and set aside.
Wash and batter chops with flour, salt and pepper mixed.
Put 1/4 cup flour in pan with Crisco.
Cook steak until brown and then add water.
Bring to a boil until thick.
Add more water if too thick.
