Crowd Pleasing Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced, 2 c. salad dressing, 1/3 c. vinegar, 3 tbsp. mustard and 10 hard-cooked eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Place potatoes in a large bowl.
Separate eggs.
Chop whites and add to potatoes with onion; toss gently.
In another bowl, mash yolks with salad dressing.
Cream vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt; pour over potatoes and stir to coat.
Cover and chill.
Makes 16 to 20 servings.
