Crock-Pot Stuffed Cabbages

Mix into meat the rice, onions, peppers, salt and garlic powder.
Precook cabbage and cut around core of cabbage until leaves fall off.
Form meat in shape of balls the size of cabbage leaves. Fold in and roll.
Put in 6 1/2-quart crock-pot on high. Cover with some tomato juice.
When juice cooks down, drain grease and add rest of juice.
Cook 5 to 6 hours until done.
