Crock-Pot Stew
Crock-Pot Stew is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 large onion, chopped, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed, 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices and 1 green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Turn crock-pot on high setting while chopping and cutting ingredients.
Combine all ingredients except peas in crock-pot. Cover and reduce heat to low setting.
