Crock-Pot Stew
Crock-Pot Stew is an impressive slow-cooker meal you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Made with large onion, chopped, celery, chopped, medium potatoes, peeled and cubed, medium carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices and green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Turn crock-pot on high setting while chopping and cutting ingredients.
Combine all ingredients except peas in crock-pot. Cover and reduce heat to low setting.
Cook 7 to 8 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
Stir in peas during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
(If using high setting, cook for 5 hours or until tender.)
