Crock-Pot Pepper Steak
Crock-Pot Pepper Steak is an impressive slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slice steak into narrow strips.
In skillet, brown steak in oil.
Combine with garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar in crock-pot.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Turn control to high.
Add bean sprouts, tomatoes and green peppers.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into pot.
Cover and cook on high 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
